Oooookay this might be a tricky one. *runs through list of episodes in my head* I'd make it a tossup between...um... Dalek, Blink, Last of the Time Lords, Midnight, the Waters of Mars and The Pandorica Opens. And that's leaving out a lot of others. I think I'll go with Midnight as my final answer, but it's not really a thing because I love them all (mostly.) and I hate picking favourites :(
